2016 Spring Symposium Online Registration Form
Each attendee needs to fill out a separate form. Please fill out all requested information on the registration site that pulls up in Paypal.
Please list any ADA special needs in the notes section of the Paypal registration site.

2. Payment of 2016 CTHA Membership Dues:
If you are not already a member of the CTHA, please consider joining the association at this time. All memberships are valid until January 1. 2017. Please click on the Membership tab above.
3. Cancellations/Changes and Refunds: There is no partial refunds for missed meals, late arrivals, and early departures. Fees will be refunded, less a $15.00 processing fee, if cancellation is received in writing no later than March 25, 2016. After that date, fees are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
4. PAYMENT METHOD: Online Registration can be completed with credit card payment. Please click appropriate link above. Mail-In Registration is completed by mailing the Mail-In Registration Form with Check or Money Order. Check or Money Order must be in U.S. funds payable to: Central Texas Historical Association. There will be a $25.00 fee charged on checks returned by the bank due to insufficient funds. Registration confirmation/receipt and further information will be emailed to all registered attendee prior to the symposium.
